Focusmith is a productivity tool provided "as is" and is not guaranteed to produce specific outcomes.
The app is designed to help you build habits and maintain focus, but results depend on individual effort and usage. We are not responsible for any productivity outcomes, missed goals, or reliance on the app's features. App blocking functionality depends on Apple's Screen Time API and system permissions.
Product: Focusmith Premium
Your subscription (monthly or yearly) will automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Go to Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions on your iOS device.
All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be made through Apple according to their refund policies. Visit Apple Support for more information.

All content, features, and functionality of Focusmith, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, are the exclusive property of Focusmith and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Focusmith and its developers from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable.
