SolShield provides informational content only and is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
The UV index data, sunburn time estimates, and sun protection recommendations are provided for general informational purposes. Always seek the advice of your physician or qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding sun exposure, skin conditions, or medical concerns.
UV data is sourced from third-party weather services and may not always be accurate or up-to-date. Do not rely solely on SolShield for sun protection decisions.

Free Trial: A free trial period may be available for new subscribers
Your subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Go to Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions on your iOS device.
All subscription purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be made through Apple according to their refund policies. Visit Apple Support for more information.

All content, features, and functionality of SolShield, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, are the exclusive property of SolShield and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
SolShield uses Open-Meteo for weather and UV index data. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or reliability of third-party services. Use of such data is subject to their respective terms and conditions.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SolShield and its developers from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable.
