Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Pew Pal ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

Subscription Terms

Pew Pal Yearly Subscription

Auto-Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each subscription period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

Free Trial

New subscribers are eligible for a 1-month free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription and you will be charged the subscription price.

Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings:

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access until then. For more information, visit Apple's subscription support page.

Refunds

All payments are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be made through Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

App Content

Pew Pal provides Catholic liturgical texts including:

All liturgical content is provided for personal devotional use. The content is based on approved liturgical texts of the Catholic Church.

The App, including its design, features, and original content, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Liturgical texts are used in accordance with applicable permissions and guidelines from the Catholic Church.

Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive for accuracy, the App is intended as a devotional aid and should not replace official liturgical books for the celebration of Mass.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
